1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) after your payment is verified.
Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Because we source our products directly from our global fulfillment partners, shipping times vary depending on the item category:
Skincare & Beauty Products: 7 to 15 business days.
Hair Oils & Serums: 8 to 16 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, local postal carrier volumes, or international holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the total weight of your order.
We occasionally offer promotional free shipping on select items or orders over a certain threshold, which will be applied automatically at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey right to your door. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local postal carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As an online buyer, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, tariffs, or value-added taxes (VAT) imposed by your local government upon delivery. LifeSage Market is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
